About the Activity:

• Rejuvenate yourself with a restoring yoga at Nahargarh Forest and the wild environs will surely cure you well.
• Start your tour at around 6:30 AM and drive to Nahargarh Forests where you yoga session will take place in the wild.
• Drive through the beautiful city of Jaipur and witness the gorgeous Rajasthani mansions, forts, palaces and the famous Amber Palace fort.
• Reach the Nahargarh Biological Park which is famous for it's endangered species and get introduced to your Yoga teacher and Naturalist.
• Ride deep inside into the forest to the Ramsarisagar Lake. 
• At around 7:00 AM reach the lake and start your yoga sessions with a small introduction to Yoga and Vedic meditation followed by Suryanamaskar.
• Try the various other Aasanas(yogic postures) and Pranayamas(Breathing exercises) and the trainers will guide you throughout your whole Yogic pastures and asanas.
• Take a short stroll once you are done with the sessions and breath in the fresh air of the environment.
• At around 8:30 AM walk through the jungle with your Naturalist to the Shikargah(Hunting Lodge) which was built to host the hunting parties for the royal guests during the 17th century.
• Marvel at the amazing beauty of the region around you and conclude your tour once you return back to Jaipur.
