- By Bus: Local shuttle buses operate regularly from Port Douglas to the door. If traveling from Cairns, Wildlife Habitat is located 50 minutes north along the scenic Captain Cook Highway.
- By Train: If you are travelling from train, get off at St Crispin's Station, the nearest railway station to the attraction. From there the Wildlife Habitat is located at a distance of about 1.4 km which you can cover either by taxi or by foot.
