- This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible if communicated in advance with the operator.
- Please arrive at the designated meet-up location for pick-up 15 minutes before the mentioned pick-up time.
- No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows.
- The pick-up starts at 09:45 and drop-off is expected approximately around 13:45.

- High heels, dresses, skirts, and swimsuits are not allowed inside the USS Arizona Memorial.
- The schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date.

- Please refrain from bringing large bags. There's a storage service at Pearl Harbor for USD6 per bag.
- Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time. In such cases, there will be no refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, the Visitors’ Center and park monuments.
- Children under the age of 2 can join this activity free of charge, those between the age of 3-11 will be charged at a children’s ticket price, and those above the ages of 12 will be charged at an adult ticket price.
- ID proof is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.
- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket will be applicable only for the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.
