Know Before You Go for Mercer Labs Tickets

Mercer Labs operates on selected time slots; please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.
This is a fixed-date, timed-entry ticket and is valid only for the selected date and time. Late entry may not be permitted.
Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.
The experience is fully indoor and self-guided, allowing you to explore installations at your own pace.
Photography is allowed; however, flash photography, tripods, and professional equipment may be restricted.
Some installations feature mirrors, low lighting, sound effects, or moving visuals, which may not be suitable for guests sensitive to such environments.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times inside the venue.
Large bags, backpacks, and luggage may not be permitted inside; it is advised to travel light.
