I had the good fortune to stay there for my 50th birthday and have many great recollections of the property and the staff's willingness to "go the additional mile" to make it a genuinely memorable experience.

If you are looking for a place in Ooty, then La Montana by TGI is my suggestion. I had stayed here with my family for several days, and the property is just amazing. We loved the views of the alleys and toy train from the balconies in our rooms. While the food menu here is a little limited, it is still very delicious. And their service is amazing, so prompt and quick. Highly recommended.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.
