This beautiful hotel is a place that I am going to keep coming back to. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, so was the food. Thrillophilia also gave me a great discount on my tour package!

We have known about JuSTa resorts but this was our first time staying in one of their properties. And thanks to Thrillophilia, we also got a great deal with activities, amenities and other inclusions for our 5-day stay here. The staff at the resort is very well behaved and provide great hospitality. The ambience here is good as well, and so is the food quality. Our rooms had slow wifi, but that’s okay. Would rate the whole experience as 4 out of 5.

Justa Resort Udaipur Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.
