In case tours or tickets are cancelled after Booking, 100 % charges will be applicable.
The ladies-only hours are from 10 am - 3 pm every Tuesday.
Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the ticket redemption point.
If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification.
The Booking Confirmation is valid only for a selected date and time.
This product must not be individually sold to an end-consumer at rates lower than the attraction's gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the selected time slot.
Lost, damaged or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.

Food and beverages are not available in the art centre, but you can head to the Dubai Mall Food Court to grab some food after or before your visit.
As they use strobe lights, many moving images, and loud music, this attraction is not recommended for people with epilepsy or similar conditions.
There are no restrooms inside the venue. However, there are many located inside the Dubai Mall, with the closest one located on the left side of the art centre.
They have small and large lockers available for free of charge for visitors.
Smoking is not allowed in the venue.
They have a lift installed for people with mobility issues so that they can reach the mezzanine.
Alcoholic beverages, sharp objects and tools, placards, or banners, musical instruments, and recreational devices such as drones are not allowed inside.
Photography is allowed, but only for personal use and without the use of a flash or a tripod.
It takes about an hour and 15 minutes to see all three exhibits.
No strollers are available inside Infinity des Lumières.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
PAN cards will not be considered valid address proof.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
