Know Before You Go for iFly San Diego-Mission Valley

Flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs may not be able to fly. This will be evaluated by an iFLY staff member upon check-in.
Participants with a hard cast or hard prosthetic that cannot be removed cannot fly.
It is recommended that people with prior shoulder dislocations do not fly.
All participants are required to show ID on arrival.
All international participants will have to share passport and visa details on arrival.
Activity is not suitable for children below 2 years old. People over 3 years of age will be considered adults at the time of booking.
Pets are not allowed on this tour.
Please do not carry any luggage or large bags.
Do not consume alcoholic beverages or drugs, if you are found intoxicated, you might be asked to leave the tour.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 1 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
