Had visited Hotel Mount n Mist in Ooty with my family, and we really had a very nice experience here. The rooms were clean and maintained well, beds were comfortable, and the service of the hotel was superb. We even had clear views of the surrounding valleys and mountains from our rooms, which was amazing. Must visit hotel. Special mention to Thrillophilia for managing and organising everything well for us.

The Thrillophilia package for Mount n Mist is one of the most affordable Ooty staycation packages, Reasonably priced, the rooms we got were well maintained and clean. All COVID precautions were followed, and the food here was really well prepared as well.

Mount 'N' Mist Ooty Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.
