Know Before You Go for Hot Air Balloon Experience In Ras Al-Khaimah

• All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
• The ticket holder needs to be present onsite at 5pm to guarantee his or her spot on the hot air balloon. In case of bad weather, the ticket holder will be informed during the day by our team and will have the right to reschedule for another date.
• We recommend you bring a hat.
• Adult Tickets are applicable for individuals aged 5-75 years. Children aged 5-12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Ladies more than 3 months pregnant cannot participate. Passengers who suspect they may be pregnant should check with their doctor before travel.
• Serious heart problems or any other medical conditions will not be suitable for this trip.
• Anyone who had major surgery recently within the last 6 months cannot participate.
• Anyone that has had a broken leg/arm, suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries, height phobia, mental health issues, emotional/ physical disabilities cannot participate.
• All passengers should sign the declaration that he/ she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory).
• Hot Air ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity taking place in rural properties. This can lead to bumpy take-off and landing. While the flight is gentle, landings can be bumpy and the basket may occasionally lay on its side with passengers lying horizontal for a short time. Please ask if you have any concerns.
• It is a General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and company requirement that Passengers flying with the operator must be able to climb into the basket unaided so that in the event of emergency passengers are also able to climb out of the basket unaided. The basket's side is 1.1m high.
• The Pilot in command will make the final decision on whether a passenger is able to climb into the basket unaided and therefore travel on the balloon flight.
• We recommend that specially-abled persons seek medical advice before participating in a balloon flight. Civil Aviation Safety Authority rules prohibit certain specially-abled people for safety reasons. If you do, operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused.
• We will not carry passengers who have participated in a scuba dive the night before their balloon flight. Passengers diving the day before travel should check with a qualified divemaster as to the safety of the passenger in participating in the balloon flight. Passengers diving the day before travel who participate in the balloon journey do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused.
• Passengers with medical conditions should check their suitability to fly prior to booking and advise our staff when booking. Persons with medical conditions participating in the balloon flight and pack up activities do so at their own risk and the Operator accepts no liability for any damage or injury caused.
• At no time will a passenger be allowed to fly if their judgment is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or prescription medicine.
• The Operator operates balloon flights does not guarantee passengers will be in the air at sunset. Accordingly, the duration of the flight may vary slightly at the pilot’s discretion.
• The Operator reserves the right to alter flight availability at any time.
• All personal items are carried at the risk of the Passenger.
