- No prior riding experience is required, as horses are matched based on beginner or intermediate riding levels.
- The usual weight limit is approximately 100–110 kg per rider, and participation may be declined if the operator’s limit is exceeded.
- Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes or boots, as sandals and heels are not permitted for riding.
- Riding helmets are provided and are mandatory for minors for safety reasons.
- Arrive at least 20–30 minutes early for waiver formalities, safety briefing, and mounting, as late arrivals may miss their slot.
