- By Car/Cab: The location is 3 km away from Valencia city center and can be reached within 10 minutes by car/cab.

Know Before You Go for Hemisferic Tickets
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- Show your smartphone ticket directly at the turnstiles.
- For safety reasons, it's not possible to access the screening room once the session has begun, so make sure to be on time for your selected timeslot.
- As seats are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session.
- If you bought a Child or Senior ticket, don't forget to bring a valid ID or other proof of eligibility.
- 3D glasses and headphones can be collected in the anteroom before entering the room. Handle them with care - they must be returned upon exiting the room and if you return them damaged a fee will be due.
- Eating and drinking aren't allowed inside.
- No animals allowed, except assistance dogs.
- Cloakroom service available (only small items, a €1 fee applies).
- Films vary depending on the day and time.
