Know Before You Go for Hawaii Atlantis Submarine Experience
- To redeem your ticket, please bring your voucher and a valid passport to the meet-up location.
- Fixed day ticket implies that this ticket will be applicable only for the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.
- Please board the Holokai shuttle boat at Slip 18, Lahaina Harbor, after receiving your physical ticket to transfer to the submarine.
- To participate, children must be at least 90 centimetres tall.
- Children under the age of 12 will be charged at a children’s ticket price, and those above the age of 13 will be charged at an adult ticket price.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel the activity in the event of a force majeure or unanticipated circumstance. You will then have the choice to reschedule or ask for a full refund.
