Visit the famous Group of Monuments, exhibiting shapes and patterns, formed out of the majestic ruins of Hampi. The prominent site holds over 1600 monuments & stretches for about 41.5 sq km. Renowned as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Group of Monuments at Hampi is based on the banks of the Tungabhadra River. Witness the unique blend of Hindu religious art & architecture & learn more about medieval times.

  • Visit the Vitthala temple which comprises colossal statues of Lakshmi, Narasimha and Ganesha, noted for their hugeness and beauty.

Hampi is situated on the southern bank of the river Tungabhadra in Karnataka & is well-connected with roads & railways. You can easily reach with the help of private & public transportation.

  • Nearest Railway Station: The railway station is the Hosapete railway station, based at a distance of 10 kms.

  • Entry ticket timings are - Forenoon: Valid till 12:00 PM ; Afternoon: Valid till 06:00 PM
