- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- The schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date.
- Children aged 0-2 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats. Adult Tickets are applicable to individual aged 3+ years.
- Tour bus may hold up to 56 passengers.
- The helicopter flight will be taken at the best time of the day and it may vary.
- Children aged 2+ will be required to purchase a seat on the helicopter due to FAA guidelines.
- The following items are prohibited due to security restrictions at the Hoover Dam: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol.
- Tour bus is wheelchair-accessible. All motor coaches with lift equipment are subject to availability.
- Helicopter is not wheelchair-accessible.
- Service dogs are allowed to travel with the correct and current paperwork, small oxygen tanks are allowed.
- As with all Wi-Fi in transit, it can be unpredictable with periods of no reception.
