The South Rim is open 24 hours a day, year-round, while the North Rim operates seasonally from mid-May to mid-October.
The Visitor Center is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Visitors entering the park in a private vehicle must pay a separate entrance fee.
Summer temperatures often exceed 100°F (38°C), while winters can be extremely cold with snow at the rim.
Fuel is available only at Desert View; no gas stations inside the inner park—plan fueling in advance.
Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passport as a proof of identity.
