Gobindgarh Fort is located in the centre of Amritsar and also known as the Bhangian da Killa. The fort is spread over 43 acres and from the era of the Bhangi Misl to the time of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The fort offers many attractions to visit like Sher-e-Punjab, Toshakhana. Coin Museum, Ancient Warfare museum, Haat Bazaar, and Whispering Walls. Spend a day out at this amazing place and indulge in some fun-filled activities with friends or family. 

Key Highlights:

Sher-e-Punjab: Enjoy the 7-D show based on the life of Maharaja Ranjit Singh that will take you to the 19th century.

Coin Museum: The museum showcases the instruments and attires of warfare and old, rare coins including a replica of the Kohinoor as it was worn by the Maharaja. 

Spirit of Punjab - A stage that keeps the fort alive all day long with live performances of bhangra, gatka, gidda, comedy, games, dholi, etc. 

Ambarsari Zaika - People here engage themselves in the various food shops and stalls that offer the choicest of lip-smacking Amritsari and Punjabi cuisine.

Haat Bazaar - You can feast your eyes as you roam the well-located Haat Bazaar that offers fares right from phulkaris, juttis, shawls, antiques, etc. for you to purchase from. 

Whispering Walls - "Kanda Boldiyan Ne" or Whispering Walls is the art projection mapping technologies and laser lights. A show of this quality has never before been seen pan India. This show is held every evening post-sunset. There is a Punjabi as well as an English show each day.

Gobindgarh Fort is easily accessible from all the major places within Amritsar city via public & private transport. It is just on a walking distance of 1.8 km from the Amritsar Junction Railway Station.
