How to reach Tribal Camp:

By Road- Buses and jeeps are available to the Pench National Park from the bus stand which is at
Seoni. Seoni is linked to all places in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra by a good network of roadways. Pench on the Nagpur- Jabalpur highway is accessible by local transport options such as taxis. If you plan to take the bus from Nagpur, you will have to get down at Suktara or Khwasa.
By Rail- The Seoni Railway Station is about 30 km from the Pench National Park. It is the nearest railhead to Pench and has regular trains running in and out, connecting the major cities.
By Air- The Sonegaon Airport in Nagpur is 93 km from the Pench National Park. Regular flights are connecting Nagpur to all other major cities in India.

Tribal Camp, Pench Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival | Activities | Sleep Tight
The tour starts with your arrival at the resort around noon,

On your arrival, you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink.

Lunch will be in the resort restaurant post which you will leave for nature Walk.

During which you will be taken to the bird watching point, where you will get refreshed by listening to the chirping around.

As the sun comes to set you will be taken to sunset point at Kokha Lake that offers the most awe-inspiring backdrop of the sunset against grazing Sambars and Guard, magnifying the natural splendor of the area.

After a mesmerizing day, you will be taken to the riverside by walking into the woods / natural trail of the Pench forest.

After this, tea & snacks will be served.

After returning to the resort get fresh and sit around the personal bonfire and enjoy the light music.

Get indulge in indoor activities & games or enjoy your evening in the pool.

Dinner will be served and then, you have the place for yourself to enjoy.

Go to sleep, as early in the morning you will go for safari.
Day 2 - Safari | Breakfast | Check-out
Wake up early in the morning and leave for a morning safari right after tea/coffee.
You will be enjoying a wonderful breakfast in the jungle during your safari.
Return back and bring a memorable experience to an end.

The timings mentioned in the itinerary are tentative and may change under uncertain circumstances.

Items of personal nature or any personal expenses are not included in the package. Anything not specifically mentioned under the inclusion labels should also be considered an exclusion.

Avoid uncomfortable clothing during the activities (like sarees, etc.).

Carrying jewellery or other valuables to the resort is not advisable.

Tribal Camp, Pench: Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash

Tribal Camp, Pench: Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
