Wao The trip was amazing!! Lonavala is a must to visit place and one of the best hills station in the entire western ghats that is adored in all the beauties of the nature along with historic forts. I loved the place actually, I was a complete package in such an affordable price. I wish I could have stayed there a bit long.

Tinkona Fort is the most beautiful fort in Lonavala, and I liked it more than any thing else in my trip,it located in a higher grounds and views are so too beautiful from there.Camping was also commendable there, it was neat and clean and the flat grounds were perfect to spent the nights. The weather was moderate so we enjoyed the trip well.

To be frank I loved the place but not the foods there, but the lunch at highway Dhabas was quite good, really the local Dhabhas offers delicious items at an affordable price range. Rest was fine in the Lonavala trip.

The trek facilitated all the things that we had expected. We went as a gang of four and we enjoyed the trek totally. We had actually planned for a campfire and this wasn’t possible as the unexpected rain spoilt this plan.

Trek to Kodachadri, Shimoga

 Rated : 3.0

Kodacheri trekking is exceedingly risky and as far as I know it is one of the challenging and adventurous treks that I have been to. Organizing this trek all by myself was a tiresome job, so to simplify things I took this trek deal. Pros: Getting acquainted with a lot of passionate fellow trekkers, having good motivation from trekkers who have more experience and expertise than me is always a great thing that I look forward to during these treks. Cons: This trek can be really tedious, and it is always better if one is well trained beforehand. I guess this must be emphasized to the people who take the trek. Some people were lethargic and were ruining the mood of the fellow trekkers. An advice to anyone trying treks in the initial stages is that do equip yourself well with good stamina and strength training. Also, food available during the trek is so lousy, and it’s always important for people to carry basic essentials during the trek.

Initially I was skeptical about trekking and traveling till Himachal Pradesh just for the sake of trekking. However, I was taken aback when I actually took this trek. This was because to my pleasant surprise the trek was brilliant and it was worth traveling all the way there. As a trek enthusiast, I think taking a trek with a group of people who is not related to us other than the common hobby is good. It simplifies a lot of things. In that way, I am glad that I had some of the best co trekkers.

If you want to witness the Western Ghats to the fullest, you have to pick this trek at the first place. This trek gave me an opportunity to explore the place to the fullest. The stunning beauty of the waterfalls and the vegetation are something which I hadn’t witnessed in any of my previous treks before. I only sad part was of the trek was the unexpected rain which spoiled few days of my trekking.

A trek to Tadiyandamol is the most exciting trek that I have ever taken. This exciting trek unfolded many interesting things which I wasn’t aware of before. This is a perfect get away if you are planning to trek along with friends. I went along with my family and my kids were not able to enjoy the trek as it was tedious as they got exhausted soon.
