There are many beautiful places in Manala, after trekking we went to see theattractions of the places, like the holy Gauri Shankar Temple of Lord Shiva, Jag Patti Temple and the renowned Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery. Visiting all these attraction points, call it a day and spend overnight in our camps were really nice.

Winter trekking in Kuari pass and Pangarchula is quite famous. This weeklong trek begins from Haridwar moves to Auli and then to the Kuari Pass. After a lovely trek at Kuari pass, we moved toward Pangarchula for the next hiking. It was a very nice trek. From there we came downhill, got back to Auli and drove to Haridwar. This trekking was so nice and interesting. It was not that difficult too.

After doing some internet research, my friend had done thee booking very well in advance in order to avoid last minute rush. The tents where we spent our nights were of decent standard. Our trek guides followed a fixed routine and made sure that we got some breaks to relax in between. Food was of average quality but overall a satisfactory trekking experience.

I and my friends are not really into trekking and hiking, but find it so difficult to ignore the tremendous charm of the Himalayas. But the next time we will make sure that we are a part of a small group. Too many people always lead to a lot of disorder and confusion.

Lost out on two days due to a stupid fever. Had to rest in the camp. Could not enjoy fully. Never mind, there is always a next time. But don’t know when.

My friend and I finally got permission from home to go on our first trek. We were so excited about exploring the Garhwal Himalayas. The Kuari pass trekking experience was simply mind blowing to say the least!

We were a part of a huge group of trekking enthusiasts. All the arrangements by our tour organizers were more or less fine. Did not face any major problem besides a bit of fatigue due to steep climbing.

A must visit for every hardcore trekking lover like me. Guides were helpful in nature. The weather played spoilsport at times, but the overall experience was good.

We were a group of four professional trekkers. Got along really well and ended up having a blast! Didn’t even waste a single moment.

It was a nice and fun trek. Some of the advantages of the trek were that it was so much fun and adventurous. It was cost effective. It was well planned. The guide was very much interactive and friendly with all of us. It was so perfect. Some of the disadvantages were that the food was of average quality.

It was just a perfect vacation that I had. While the flight rates very costly in the last moment, it was indeed nice to have spent money for creating such a beautiful memory and remembrance. It was a nice experience.

I took this trek with my cousins and we were all new to the North India, and we weren’t sure if we could manage the cold and language issues. However, with such nice organizers and such brilliant sight to watch and trek, it was a piece of cake. We felt so much at home and this was by far the most adventurous trek ever.

It was quite a good trek. The trek was seemingly fine and well organized. The place is such a beauty. Some of the drawbacks were that the food wasn’t as great as we were expecting. Also, the guide was concentrating more on trek tales than on the flora and fauna and its significance.

The itinerary of the tour was well made and the tour was well organized, but the temperature at this place is very freezing and it’s not something that one might enjoy. In short, it was a very cold trek. I almost caught cold and was shivering all along despite the winter clothes.

While the trek is fun and challenging, a thick blanket of snow gets formed on the mountains causing us to freeze, thus the name Chadar Trek. The temperature range of this trek varies from 10 to 15 degrees during the day, and it goes very low like -30 to -35 degrees during the night. It was tedious. Or other option was crossing rivers, i.e. walk on frozen river. That was risky too. Also, this trek is quite tiring. One might have to cross boulders besides the river too.

I have taken this trek a few times now. What an amazing trek to take! This trek is also popularly known as the 'Chadar Trek.' This trek is grand and sparkling for all of the obvious and some not so obvious reasons. That being said, I wish that the food was better. WOW trek this was. I took it in summer and it was not that frozen ice trek. It was more of vibrant flora. This trek is such a brilliant trek for anyone to take. My friends who took this trek in summer with me had taken this a couple of times in the winter too! He says, “If you want to experience the ice walk, take only in winter as in the winters, the region will be covered with a giant ice blanket.” When I took this trek the place was vibrant but obviously there was no ice. It was all filled with colours of the natural flowers and vegetation. It was charmingly beautiful. My friend took this trek during August or October last year. It looks like during the winter, the trek will be even more awesome. I guess this winter will indeed be the right time to do trekking. This place was totally filled with ice and snow. Do not do the mistake I did. Enjoy only winter trek over here.

While the word snow trek may seem fun, most of the times, the climatic conditions are bizarre. This makes life tougher. I would recommend it to all avid trekkers out here. It is pretty tough and tedious trek overall. However, with proper equipments for stay being provided, we could trek very comfortably. This is one of the toughest treks I have ever been. The trek is quite tedious. When this blanket of ice formation happens, our one and only way to continue with our trek was to hike through the snowy rocks. It is always better to be well equipped for the bizarre climatic conditions during the trek, despite the fact that the organizers will provide.

I struggled a big time with this trek. It is not an easy job. I saw people who are doing it for years now also feeling tired and worn out. After some time, my legs gave in and they were paining like hell. I could not do the trek any further. My advice is that if you are not a professional trekker or anything, then do not attempt this trek. It can be tempting by the description, but it is very risky.

Ladakh is always a mesmerising place. The trek is a fine and a nice trek. I cannot say that this is the best trek ever. I wish the trek was organized in a better manner. Still, nevertheless, I liked this trek. I do not know what I am attracted to with this place. The organization clearly was not good, yet I recommend this trek.

I am a hardcore trekker. I have taken superior treks with various trekking communities. This trek is just a basic trek. Also, this is not that tough. Probably that is the best part about this. Anyone can take it without inhibitions of the fact that this could be tough, scary, risky, or anything. That being said, the climatic conditions are a bit crude too. So, it is highly risky for people to be careless regarding the trek. Enjoy the trek, be safe! Thanks to the climate conditions that are bizarre. I still love this trek. This is a trek that you should not miss.

Repelling what they mention is not at all a feel to carry. Kayaking was good. Farm house was good with lot of mango trees. Tents were comfortable. Raindance was good as we were the only people. Food for vegetarian was not satisfactory. Availability of play items we're good. Overall a better experience.

The trek was good but a lot more can be done when it comes to home stay, food and commute. Excellent group and experienced guides.

The trek was good to be specific. I totally liked the fact that the trek was well organized and planned. I totally loved the experience. Also, the trek was quite challenging that made it more appealing to me. This was definitely one of my best treks ever. I recommend this.
