This tour is ideal for the adventurous seeking to explore La Digue island on their own and includes return coach transfers to the hotel and Praslin Jetty, a ferry crossing at 09h00 to La Digue, where tourists are greeted by our island representative for a short briefing on the most popular sites, best routes and lunch venues, before our guide hands over a map and the bicycles for the day's adventure. Overall, the trip was planned very well by Thriophilla. However, the Covid related requirements during travel were not communicated to us properly, for which there were last moment tension. When we conveyed this to Thriophilla, they helped us in the applications.

Berjaya Praslin Resort Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.
