There is only one entrance to get inside the tower and there might be lines.
You will receive a PDF voucher in the booking confirmation email. This voucher needs to be presented at the entrance of the Monastery.

I had an overall good experience. I couldn't find the ticket office for the tower entrance so I googled and found thrillophilia, and paid for a ticket online. It took about 20 mins for the email containing the qr code for entrance. I was worried before when I read please allow 6 hours, but the police officer at the tower assured me it's generally always 10-15 mins. This worked just fine and I would recommend for anyone who wants to avoid the Hassel when there.
