- By Car: The Aquaventuras Park is 5.2 kms away from the city center. You can take a cab from the city center to reach the destination in about 10 minutes when coming via Blvrd de Nayarit.
- By Bus: The nearest bus stop to the Aquaventuras Park is the Avenida Mexico, 570 stop. It is 757 meters away from the park. You can take bus lines Nuevo Vallarta or Valle Dorado to the bus stop and then take a 11 minute walk to the attraction.

Know Before You Go for Aquaventuras Park Tickets
- Please note that some activities and water slides have height restrictions. The minimum height to access all water slides: 120 cm.
- Bathrooms, showers, and dressing rooms are available onsite.
- On Mondays and Fridays there are no shows. However, dolphin programs are always available during the week.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
- Consumption of alcohol or intoxication of any kind is strictly prohibited.
