This villa is situated on the top of a hill surrounded by the Sahyadri ranges and offers a wonderful view of Lonavala city. The hill station is pleasant and cool throughout the year with an average temperature ranging from 18°C to 29°C during winter, and 22°C to 32°C degrees during summers. Hence, you can plan to visit this destination any time of the year.
About its location & accessibility:
The property is located just a few minutes of walk from Tiger Point and on the Lonavala-Aamby Valley Road as you pass Shivling Point and find your destination on your right side. One can easily access the destination using the public as well as private modes of transportation.
Distance from City Centre: The villa is located at a distance of around 3 km from the Lonavala center.
Nearest Railway Station: The Lonavala Railway Station is located at a distance of around 13.5 km from the villa.
Nearest Airport: Pune airport is situated at a distance of around 90 km from the villa.
About the accommodation and common areas:
Nestled upon a hill, the luxurious villa offers 6 rooms- two on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The rooms in the villa are both spacious and lavish catering to all your needs with elegant interior and quality furnishings. The 6th bedroom on the first floor does not have a washroom and has 2 single beds. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor. So, the 5th bedroom on ground floor has 1 king sized bed and same is the case for 2 more bedrooms on the first floor, also. While, last 2 bedrooms on first floor have 1 king size bed and 1 single bed in each room.
Villa also offers a private terrace area with enough lounging space and lush green valley views of Lonavala. Moreover, you can stroll around the outside area of the property occupied with an infinity swimming pool equipped with a deck & a glass swing to lounge and enjoy majestic views of nature on either sides. A double-story living room also hosts beautiful views as it is equipped with floor-to-ceiling glass window panes and the home has enough recreational space for a group to indulge in some fun games like poker, table tennis or snooker.

Tiger Point: Best place for hiking and trekking and witness the beautiful view of the valley, misty morning, and cold breeze. it is at a distance of 3.6 km from the homestay.
Adlabs Imagica: Located 25 km from the homestay, this adventure park is a hotspot for everyone to indulge ins some thrilling rides and spend the best time with friends and families. The park has a snow park, water park, and on-land adventure rides.

About safety:
Due to the pandemic situation safety measure have become a cause of major concern and it has to carry out with utmost importance. The homestay premises will be sanitized before your arrival and all the staff will have their temperature measure and regular sanitization of railings, stairs, etc. There are also sanitization stations place wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing is compulsory.

6 bedrooms of the villa are equipped with all the modern amenities such as a king-size bed along with extended seating space, sofa, side table & coffee table, and much more. With large glass window panes that open to a private balcony, the rooms offer a breathtaking valley view. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with en-suite bathrooms for 5 bedrooms. The 6th bedroom on the 1st floor has a glass door (without curtains) and is furnished with mattresses. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 15 adults.

Know Before You Go for A Luxurious Villa With Infinity Pool In Lonavala
- Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
- Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
- The pool is unguarded & there is no lifeguard on-site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. The depth of the pool is 4 feet.
- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of guests and staff we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.
- Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
- Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
- Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
- Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
- On arrival, you have to pay a refundable security deposit You cannot reserve the property and pay later.
