All caretakers will have their temperature checked twice a day and readings noted in a register. Any employee with a recorded temperature above 99.1℉ will be asked to take mandatory leave.

Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities

A Heritage Beach House In Mangalore Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

30% of the booking value will be charged as a rescheduling fee in case if the customer wants to reschedule their booking.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
