What you would be doing:

  • In addition to enjoying the company of/ interacting with some of the smartest brains/entrepreneurs in the industry and NOT worrying about the pain of making cold calls, you would be:
  • Becoming an expert on fancy travel experiences in and around India.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to the Thrillophilia Travellers.
  • Be a point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Attempt to resolve all complaints in the first contact.
  • Display excellent customer service skills, identify and overcome rebuttals from customers
  • Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Audit complaints & Feedback strategically & create logical synopsis of the customer's complaint. Justify the strategies, actions, and decisions based on the facts gathered
  • Respond professionally to inbound phone calls.
  • Identify process gaps & improve overall process efficiency.
  • Arbitrate in situations between tour operators & customers.
  • Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks apart from handling customer complaints.
  • Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.

Prerequisites :

  • A graduate degree (Engineering/MBA is NOT necessary) Freshers are also welcome; however read JD before applying.
  • 1-2 years Customer service experience in preferably in Travel acumen will be a HUGE plus.
