Summary
A pleasant trek- Deo Tibba trek will bring you to the grazing meadows of the Gaddi marshals and the blue waters of the Chandertal Lake. You will tail the path with splendid views of Deo Tibba peak (6,001 m) and its huge lynching glaciers. This hike starts from Jagatsukh Nallah and it ascends through lush woods with an astounding assortment of plants that dot the way to Khanol (2200 m). The course goes by Seri, once a glaciated lake, but is now a pasture laid with an incredible range of herbs and alpine flowers. The Chandertal Lake (4480 m) at the foot of Deo Tibba is a bright emerald green. The nature lovers will have a wonderful time trying to identify the hundreds of flowers. Continues and trek down to Bhanara village, travel around near areas and see Shringtingu mountain range. Again trek down to Jagatsukh village en route visit local temples and a historical cave ˜Arjun Gufa. A steep trek of 3-4 hours passes through woods and broad alpine flat terrain with wild flowers; reach Chikka (3350 m). A spectacular view of this place haunts every trekker giving an unlike experience. There is a pass called Rohtang, set the top of this peak. From here, you can have astonishing views into the dry vastness of Lahaul. Walk 3-4 hours a day through a prominently gorgeous variety of scenery, ending at the base camp of Deo Tibba, the "Throne of the Gods". Trek Grade: Moderate to Strenuous
