Baratang Island is the Andamans at its most raw and untouched - far from the usual Havelock tourist crowd. The boat through dense mangrove forest to reach the limestone caves feels like a proper jungle expedition.

This Andaman trip turned out to be a very peaceful holiday. The beaches were clean and the island scenery was beautiful. Ferry rides between islands were comfortable and the hotel stay was pleasant as well. The itinerary was balanced which allowed enough time to relax and explore. Overall it was a refreshing experience.

The Andaman islands turned out to be a perfect beach destination. The beaches were clean and peaceful which made the whole trip relaxing.
