Know Before You Go
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID for check-ins and rafting permits.

- Rafting on the Shivpuri–Rishikesh 16 km stretch operates only before 2 PM, so plan to reach early for tickets, safety briefing, and gear fitting to avoid missing the slot.
- Pickups are from Nepali Farm at 9 AM and 12 PM on Day 1.
- Cliff jumping is allowed only if the instructor declares conditions safe.
- Party access at Mountain Whispers includes entry; food and drinks are at your own expense.
- Scooters for Day 3 are optional and rented locally; valid ID is required.
- Weather in late December can get cold at night, especially near the river — pack warm layers.
- Alcohol consumption is regulated in Rishikesh; follow local rules and venue guidelines.
- Late-night movement near the river is restricted for safety.
- Respect local culture and dress modestly around ghats and temples.
- Carry event passes along with a valid government ID. Entry will not be permitted without both.
- Basic first aid will be available at the venue. Guests with medical conditions must carry their prescribed medication.
- The event will include loud music, flashing lights, and large crowds. Guests sensitive to such environments should take necessary precautions.
- Possession or consumption of narcotics or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Anyone found involved will be denied entry and reported to authorities.
- Locker facilities may be available, but guests are solely responsible for their belongings. The venue or operators will not be liable for loss/damage.
- Destinations experience low temperatures at night in December. Please carry adequate warm clothes and protect yourself from cold winds.
- Mobile network can be weak or unstable in certain areas. Keep necessary information (hotel name, location, contacts) saved offline.
- Alcohol consumption (if available) must follow government rules. The venue has the right to restrict service to intoxicated guests or those causing disturbance.
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour. Harassment, disorderly conduct, or inconvenience to others may result in removal without refund.
- Tampering with venue property, event equipment, lights, or sound systems is prohibited. Damages will be chargeable.
- Be cautious near bonfire areas and dance floors to avoid injuries.
- Do not wander alone outside venues during late-night hours for safety.
