"Thrillophilia se trip karna matlab ek dam relax hojana aur ye log jo facilities diye hai bahut he badiya tha. Mera agla plan bhi mai inhe se book kardunga. Bahut zabardast package, worth it."
That was Mohammed Shahrooz's verdict after returning from his family holiday in Kashmir.
Travelling with a young child often changes the way people experience a destination. Parents are usually balancing sightseeing with meal times, travel schedules, and making sure everyone remains comfortable throughout the journey. Because of that, convenience often becomes just as important as the destination itself.
For Mohammed, however, Kashmir turned out to be exactly the kind of holiday he was hoping for. The arrangements were taken care of, the travel remained smooth, and his family could spend their time enjoying the valley rather than worrying about what came next.
Kashmir Has a Way of Slowing Things Down

Some destinations encourage travellers to rush from one attraction to another. Kashmir feels different.
From the moment Mohammed and his family arrived in Srinagar, the atmosphere felt calmer. The gardens, lakes, and mountain views seemed to encourage a slower pace of travel. Instead of constantly checking the clock, they found themselves spending more time simply enjoying where they were.
The famous Mughal gardens added to that feeling. Places like Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi, and Pari Mahal were not just sightseeing stops. They offered quiet corners, beautiful views, and a chance to appreciate the natural beauty that has attracted travellers to Kashmir for generations.
For a family travelling with a young child, that relaxed pace became one of the most enjoyable parts of the entire trip.
Three Destinations, Three Different Sides of Kashmir
One of the highlights of the journey was discovering how different each destination felt.
Pahalgam introduced the family to Kashmir's valley landscapes. The route itself was memorable, passing through apple orchards and stretches of countryside before opening up to some of the region's most famous attractions. Places like Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari showcased a greener, quieter side of Kashmir that felt far removed from city life.
Back in Srinagar, the experience shifted again. The city offered a blend of local culture, history, and everyday life. Walking through areas like Lal Chowk and visiting Hazratbal Shrine allowed the family to experience a different side of the region beyond its natural beauty.
Then came Gulmarg.
The scenery changed once more as rolling meadows and mountain views took over the landscape. Attractions like Drung Waterfall added another layer to the journey, while the surrounding views reminded the family why Gulmarg remains one of Kashmir's most visited destinations.
By the end of the trip, Mohammed had experienced three completely different versions of Kashmir, each memorable in its own way.
The Evening That Felt Like Kashmir

Every destination has one experience that becomes closely linked to its identity.
For Kashmir, that experience is often a shikara ride on Dal Lake.
After spending several days exploring valleys, gardens, and mountain destinations, Mohammed and his family checked into a traditional houseboat and headed out onto the lake. The atmosphere immediately felt different from the rest of the trip.
The water moved gently beneath the boat. Houseboats floated quietly nearby. The surrounding mountains reflected across the lake while the sounds of the city faded into the background.
It was not the most adventurous part of the holiday, nor the busiest. Yet it became one of the most memorable. Sometimes the best travel moments come from simply sitting back and appreciating where you are.
For the family, the evening on Dal Lake captured everything they had imagined Kashmir would be.
Why Mohammed Plans to Book Again with Thrillophilia
When travellers finish a holiday and immediately start thinking about their next trip, it usually means the experience has left a strong impression.
For Mohammed, that confidence came from how comfortable the entire journey felt. The hotels, transfers, sightseeing arrangements, and overall coordination allowed the family to focus on enjoying the destination instead of managing logistics.
The trip was planned by Vaibhav Barjatya, while Ishika Daga and the guest experience team helped ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the journey. Their support meant that even while travelling with a young child, the family never felt overwhelmed.
Looking back, Mohammed's review summed up the experience perfectly:
"Thrillophilia se trip karna matlab ek dam relax hojana."
For him, that was perhaps the biggest success of the holiday.
Kashmir delivered beautiful scenery, memorable experiences, and quality family time. Thrillophilia made sure the journey remained as relaxing as the destination itself.
