Honeymoon trips have one rule above all others.

Nothing should go wrong. Or if something does, the couple should not have to spend the first days of their trip chasing refunds and rescheduling activities on a foreign island.

Swikriti and Rakesh Mishra missed their connecting flight to Bali. They lost a full day before the trip had even started. By the time they landed, the itinerary was already one day short.

What happened next is the part Swikriti remembered when she sat down to write the review.

"It is such a nice thing that Thrillophilia absolutely managed every activity and rescheduled all the activities, so because of that we didn't miss any experience."

In their 7-day, 6-night Bali tour package, every activity was rescheduled without the couple having to fight for it.

That is not a small thing on a honeymoon. That is the thing.

Here's a glimpse of Swikriti & Rakesh unforgettable Bali Trip with Thrillophilia

Kuta Was the Base for the First Half

They checked into Mega Boutique Hotel and Spa in Kuta. Four nights in a deluxe suite, breakfast included from day two. The hotel sits well for Bali's southern circuit, close enough to the beach and the Uluwatu road that the activity days do not start with long drives.

The water sports day came first. Parasailing, banana boat and jet ski at Tanjung Benoa Beach, with the afternoon and evening going to Uluwatu. The Uluwatu Temple sits on a clifftop above the Indian Ocean, and the Kecak fire dance that runs at sunset on the open-air stage there is the kind of performance that nobody really forgets. The drums, the firelight, the cliff edge behind the stage.

A ten-hour day. They probably slept well that night.

Nusa Penida Was the Long One

Day three was Nusa Penida. A private car to Sanur Harbour, a speedboat to Toyapakeh, and a private vehicle on the island for the West tour.

Kelingking Beach is the photograph everyone has seen. The T-rex-shaped cliff, the turquoise water far below, and the trail down to the beach that most people look at and decide against. Angel's Billabong, Broken Bay and Bubu Beach followed, with complimentary snorkelling at the last stop and a local lunch in between.

Ten and a half hours door to door. The longest day of the trip, and the one that tends to hold up best in memory months later.

The Highlands Day Showed a Different Side of Bali

Day four was the Kintamani Highlands tour. The route went north through the coffee plantation, where the production process is explained, and the tastings run long enough that most visitors leave with a bag or two. Then Tegenungan Waterfall, then the Tegalalang rice terraces, then the Bali Jungle Swing.

The swing sits above a valley and gives you the kind of aerial view of the terraces that no walking path offers. Swikriti is a content creator. She probably used the swing very well.

Local lunch was included. They were back in Kuta by evening.

Ubud was the second chapter

Surrounded by panoramic views, Swikriti experienced the peaceful side of Bali

Day five moved them from Kuta to Ubud. On the way to the ATV adventure. Ninety minutes on a double-sharing quad bike through the Ubud countryside, which runs through rice fields and village lanes and the occasional mud stretch that makes the whole thing feel less like a guided tour and more like something you actually did.

They checked into Yoga Ubud Villa. One-bedroom pool villa, two nights. The kind of room that earns its place on a honeymoon itinerary.

Day six was the leisure day. Pool, breakfast, no transfers, no schedule. After five days of water sports, island hops, highland drives and ATV tracks, a day of doing nothing is what the body actually needed.

What Thrillophilia Made Possible

Swikriti was clear about the missed flight. They lost a day before they even landed. On most package trips, that means losing whichever activities fell on day one and absorbing the cost.

Aman and Thrillophilia, with their 24/7 on-ground service, rearranged their Bali honeymoon package itinerary so that everything on the original plan still happened. The couple came home having done every activity they had booked.

"All the itineraries were very well planned, so it was a very smooth experience. Definitely, if I get a chance again, I will go with Thrillophilia again."

A missed connecting flight on a honeymoon is the kind of start that could colour the whole trip. It did not. Day seven was the airport transfer home, the trip closing cleanly on a pool villa morning in Ubud.

That is the kind of Bali trip review that does not need any dressing up.
