The Andaman Islands turned out to be a beautiful place for Aritra Das and his partner to begin their life. They had ten days and nine nights, so plenty of time to slow down, enjoy each other’s company and explore the islands without constantly looking at the clock.

The honeymoon was packed with little moments that made the trip memorable. There were long walks by the sea, clear blue waters, beautiful sunsets, ferry rides and plenty of time to just relax and enjoy being together. The hotels, the transfers and the activities were all organised so they could enjoy the journey without having to think about what was happening next.

Port Blair: Where Their Island Story Began

Aritra Das and his partner shared a joyful moment on the pristine shores of Andaman, surrounded by lush greenery and tropical beauty

Their first day started in Port Blair. After arriving and checking into the hotel, the newlyweds took some time to freshen up before heading out. Their first stop was Corbyn Cove Beach, where coconut trees, soft sand and blue waters made for a relaxing introduction to the Andamans.

Later, they visited Cellular Jail and spent the evening watching the Light and Sound Show. Hearing the stories of India’s freedom struggle made the experience more meaningful. With the day’s transfers and plans already arranged by Thrillophilia, the couple could simply enjoy the sights without worrying about the logistics.

Havelock Island: Blue Waters and Beach Days

The next morning, they took a ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island. The ride itself was a pleasant start to the day, with open sea and coconut trees stretching into the distance. Once they arrived, Radhanagar Beach was their first stop. They strolled along the water’s edge, enjoyed the clear blue sea and captured a few pictures together.

The following day was much more relaxed. After a pre-arranged breakfast, they headed out to see a little more of Havelock. A breezy scooter ride around the island added a fun touch to the morning, followed by some quiet time at their property. It was one of those days when there was nowhere to hurry to.

Havelock to Neil Island: One Island, Then Another

Aritra Das and his partner explored Andaman’s dramatic coastal landscapes, discovering the natural beauty of its rocky shores and unique formations

After breakfast the next morning, they headed to Elephant Beach. The clear water, colourful coral and peaceful surroundings made it easy to forget about everything else for a while. They also had the chance to enjoy some water activities before making their way back to the resort.

The next morning, they checked out and stopped at Kalapathar Beach. The turquoise water and quiet shoreline made it a beautiful way to spend their last few hours in Havelock. Soon after, they boarded a ferry to Neil Island, enjoying the sea and waves along the way. By the time they arrived, the mood had shifted to something quieter and more laid-back.

Neil Island: A Quieter Side of the Andamans

Neil Island had a slower charm of its own. After breakfast, they set out for Bharatpur Beach, where clear waters and gentle waves made for a relaxed morning. There was also time to enjoy a few water activities and simply take in the island surroundings.

Later, they made their way to Laxmanpur Beach to watch the sunset. Before heading back, they stopped at the Natural Coral Bridge and clicked a few pictures. It was a simple day, but one filled with beautiful views and plenty of time to enjoy the moment.

Back to Port Blair: A Day Full of Adventure

After their stay on Neil Island, they boarded a ferry back to Port Blair. The journey offered another chance to enjoy the open sea before returning to the city.

The following morning, after breakfast, they set out for Baratang. The drive through thick forests and mangroves was an experience in itself. They explored the Limestone Caves, enjoyed a mangrove ride and visited the Mud Volcano by local jeep. With the day's transfers and arrangements already taken care of, the couple could focus on enjoying the journey rather than keeping track of every detail. By evening, they were back in Port Blair after seeing a completely different side of the Andamans.

Ross Island and North Bay: Their Last Island Adventure

With the honeymoon nearing its end, there was still one more full day to enjoy. After breakfast, they visited Ross Island before taking a boat to North Bay, where beautiful coral reefs and clear waters awaited them.

The day offered plenty of excitement, with options such as snorkeling, scuba diving and sea walking. After enjoying the island and its underwater beauty, they returned to Port Blair, carrying memories of beaches, sunsets, ferry rides and little moments shared along the way.

The next morning, it was time to head home. After checking out, a comfortable transfer took them to the airport. Their Andaman journey had come to an end, but they were heading home with ten days of experiences and memories that would stay with them for a long time.
