Trekking in the state of Sikkim is very different and a unique experience that you would not gain from trekking in any other part of India. The Indian Himalayas trek in Sikkim is awesome and a must take. What we enjoyed the most were the mountains, the trek trails, the people and their unique culture. This was a sharp contrast to our habits and culture. The trek is not that difficult and it is in fact very much feasible to be taken even by a first timer as well. The trekking was very nicely planned and organized with perfect budget. Do try this trek.

The trek might sound easy, but it is really not for the amateur trekkers. Guys, make sure you know enough about the Himalayan terrains and all the quotients related to height. Also, the vendor you go along for the Goecha La trek also matters a lot. If you can, try to book with Thrillophilia or directly with their app. For our group, we booked it only 15 days prior the trek, but while we went to Bagdogra, we found everything on place and properly arranged. All the best for the new aspirants of Goechala trek.

Trekking through the entire Goechala trek route was not so easy...but then that was the real fun of trekking. Every single move on the trek got us closer to the charm of the snow-capped peaks. The evergreen forest and the colourful views were also unbelievable. Had awesome moments with the crew members. Good going guys.

This was an expedition we went for when me and a few of my friends were visiting Sikkim. This trek not only taught us about ourselves but also brought all of us a lot closer together. I highly recommend to go for this trek if you are on a holiday with friends. But one needs to consult a physician before going on this trek since it can get challenging after a point of time.

I was searching for a Himalayan trek and then one of my friends suggested me the Goecha La trek. After I tried booking with a handful of vendors, I got to know about this particular vendor and found it very easy to book the trek with them. After I arrived Bagdogra Airport, I was guided to Yuksom and started the trek on the next day. From day 02 to day 10, it was total thrill and adventure on the Goechla trek route. The views of the Himalayas were amazing. But yeah, this trek is definitely for the beginners. Trekkers should have some prior experience of trekking before joining this trek.

All I can say about the Goecha La trek is that it is a must, must and must to have experience. Starting from Yuksom to Tshokha, the hikes, ascends and descends were so exciting. Even the views during the trek are so beautiful and adorable. Thrillophillia arranged the trek so perfectly and even the Goecha La trek cost was also very reasonable with them. Those, who have completed this trek would know better about how the other organisers mints money from the trekkers. Whatever, the trek is really a must have experience.
