- The View At The Palm Ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire thereafter. This Ticket can be used once only and may not be replaced, refunded or exchanged for any reason whatsoever, whether before or after the Ticket’s expiry.
- The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the Ticket. Late comers will not be admitted.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Child can access the Lounge with the regular junior admission tickets when accompanied with an adult during non-prime hours. Soft Beverages are available at the Lounge with an extra charge.
