Animals are not permitted.
Commercial or product shoots, press interviews, media shoots, and all professional video equipment (i.e tripods, lights, etc.) or any bulky equipment that may restrict movement flow of the experience is prohibited without advance approval and accompaniment from a Museum of Ice Cream representative.
Strollers are allowed. However, the museum will not be able to provide storage for the strollers.
Once you leave the premises, re-entry is not permitted.
Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated.
Each ticket admits one person which will be checked at entry.
Museum of Ice Cream is not responsible and does not assume liability for any injury, damage or loss you may incur, whether such injury, damage or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise.
Museum of Ice Cream may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admissions to the attraction due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
