An experience that will surely make you visit some of the beautiful locations and sightseeing opportunities that you will never forget. Explore the Ao Nang region and get a deeper insight into the local life and dwell deep into the area, the shops, the surroundings, the people and yes the beautiful places you will be visiting. A hands-on and up close experience as you will be cycling through the villages and exploring different cultures and traditions of Thailand.
As you get close to the lifestyle of the locals and become a part of their community, you will be exploring the beautiful region and many of its attractions, such as Nemo farm, famous for its variety of marine life, etc. You will also get a chance to learn Batik painting (A form of painting designs on fabrics with a wax-resist so that the dye does not penetrate the fabric) done in the local community, Ban Na Teen.
Also, take something more than just an experience back home as you can shop, relax and grab a bite in the markets and shops.
The tour will be of 4 hours and 30-minutes. The tour will be as follows:
- 08:30 a.m.: Pick up from your hotel.
- Starting with a quick safety briefing on mountain biking, pedal along Nopparatthara beach or as the local people know it Had Klong Heang. Here you will see a variety of local boats.
- Moving forward, you will experience the fantastic sight of the local lifestyle, and see how local people do their daily work.
- Ride your cycles past the Ao-nang village toward Ao-Nam Mao to visit the fish farm called Nemo farm. There are many different kinds of marine life to be seen. The farm belongs to the government, where they work with and research marine creatures.
- The end of the tour will be an amazing experience on how to make Batik painting in a local community called Ban Na Teen.
- 01:00 p.m.: Refresh yourself with a cold drink, soft drink, banana, and cool towel before heading back to your hotel.
Note: Minimum 2 persons are required to book this tour.

Yes. You will be getting the adequate cycling equipment at the starting point. You will be provided with a helmet, a pair of gloves, and a cold towel to keep yourself dry. Since Krabi Cycling Tour is relatively safe when compared to other adventurous rides, one can ride comfortably with a helmet and gloves. Perhaps, the riders are requested to wear a loose outfit, such as a t-shirt, trousers, and a sports shoe to get a grip. If you’re riding this cycle for the first time, then it guarantees a surreal experience and gives you a long-lasting memory.
Yes, of course. Once you’ve started the cycle ride, you are sure to visit the famous Nopparatthara beach, which is ideal for small fishes and crabs. Children would like to stay as long as they can and play immensely with the small aquatic species. If you’re bringing your children along with you, they’re blessed to have serene locations and beautiful sunset views from Nopparatthara beach. It not only allows them to admire the amazing creatures of the earth but also makes them learn to respect it like others. Please note that this beach is locally called as Had Klong Heang.
The tour location is at Ao Nang, Mueang Krabi District, Krabi 81000, Thailand. Since the place is well connected by roadways, one can reach the destination via bus or tuk-tuk. There is also a transfer facility available for tourists from their hotels. However, there should be a minimum of 2 persons required to avail of the service. After confirming the pickup and drop facility, you need to provide the contact details and hotel address. The pickup timing for both shared and private tour is at 8.30 am. The travelers are requested to get ready at the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the pickup time.

Considering the overall duration of the ride, it is highly essential to stay hydrated and provide adequate energy to the body. The snacks include vegetable salad or fruit salad that can boost your energy instantly. The refreshments will be provided at the end of the journey, but, you can have drinking water at any time you want. In addition, you will get a cold towel to stay dry throughout the ride. The refreshments comprise of a cold drink, soft drink, banana, and some vegetables (if any).
Yes. You can get an opportunity to learn Batik Painting. At the end of the trip, you will be taken to the local community where they practice and teach Batik Painting to others. It is locally called as Ban Na Teen. In Batik painting, the artist uses wax to prevent dye from penetrating the cloth, leaving blank areas in the dyed fabric. This process can be repeated again and again until it creates a complex multicolored design. Thus, one can learn this unique art of painting from the local people and explore its various forms at ease.
Nopparatthara Beach – Here, one can explore the shallow waters and scenic beauty in a peaceful atmosphere. Batik Painting – It is recognized as one of the oldest forms of paintings in Thailand, done in a continuous process of wax resist and dye. Fish Farm – One can learn about fishing, how it is protected from predators, feed them, and have a wholesome experience.
