Mombasa Marine National Park Overview

Mombasa Marine National Park is a national reserve and a marine park situated in Mombasa in Kenya. Spread over an area of 2500 acres or 10 km square, the reserve of the park spans over 49.400 acres.

Highlights: Established in the year 1986, the Mombasa Marine National Park encloses within it a part of the back reef, lagoon as well as the reef crest habitats of the Bamburi Nyali fringing reef. Both the park and the reserve are usually utilized amongst the marine protected areas. This is one of the most visited marine parks of Kenya. You can easily spot the coral reefs in the waters here. The coastline of the park is incredibly facilitated with innumerable tourist activities. Most prominent activities here include diving, snorkelling, etc.
