This vibrant market is famous for the traditional clothing of Rajasthan such as lehenga-choli, Bandhej salwar suit, Saris, Sanganeri prints, etc. It is also famous for its Mojari, the footwear. Apart from this, you can also purchase excellent souvenirs such as hand-crafted home decor gifts & paintings, printed bedspreads, cushion covers, fabrics, sculptures and figurines made from marble and sandalwood and more.

Bapu Bazaar is also one of the finest places to buy local handloom products made in Rajasthan along with handicrafts, Jewellery, and Kathputli, a string puppet used in theatre. You can also purchase Jaipuri Razai which has three layers with the middle one filled with cotton, making it soft and comfortable.

By Car: If you are commuting from the city centre, you can hire a car or an auto-rickshaw to travel 13.9 km to reach the market via Elevated Ajmer Rd/Jaipur Rd. 

By Bus: Bus is a very convenient mode of transportation in Jaipur.If you're arriving by bus, you will need to take a bus to a bus terminal known as Sindhi Camp Bus Stand, which is the nearest bus stop. From there you will need to take a taxi, auto-rickshaw, or local city bus to Hathoj Bus Stop. 

By Train: Jaipur Junction Railway Station is located 4 km from the market. You can reach the station and take a hired cab or auto rickshaw to reach Bapu Bazar.

By Metro: Jaipur Ajmeri Gate Metro Station is the nearest metro station, located 1 km away from Bapu Bazar. You can take a metro to this station and then walk down to reach the bazaar.
