Going for this package offered by Thrillophilia was one of the best decisions of my life. The place was pure magic. The tents were warm and nice and even decorated! It was wonderful living in the wild there. Food was absolutely delicious and prepared by locals there. The view was breathtaking. Returning from the trek, we found the campfire already lit to welcome us. The most enjoyable part was interacting with the natives there and oh, the tribal dance! It was perfect!

The place gives a feel of a gypsy settlement. Our tents were decorated with colourful flags and fairy lights. Still in love with this Tribal camp.

There is a natural rivulet where you can take a dip, it was freezing but enjoyed. The stay is nice and comfortable, the food needs special mention as it was cooked on wooden fire. The caretakers were local folks who are also very good storytellers.

There is nothing that I would change about my stay at the camping site in Chakrata. My children had a fun time playing in the outdoor obstacle course, and we enjoyed trekking around and exploring the forests near the camping site. The caretaker made sure we never wanted for anything, and was very warm and hospitable.
