Located on the River Narmada, these ghats are located in the area of the densest of forests of the entire state. As you trek here, you will always be hearing roars and calls of Lions and leopards who call this place their home. Once the royal hunting grounds of the rulers of Bhopal, the trail through these forests will be an adventurous one, to say the least.

76 km from Bhopal, you will be arriving at the Habibgunj Railway Station to catch the train that takes you to the Mid Ghat Station, which is the starting point of the trek. You will be given your refreshment packages and garbage bags. Alongside all this, you will also receive the required briefing for the day, the terrain, and the safety guidelines. The trek is a steep ascend first, will be 12 km long and it will take you about 3 hours to reach the destination. Here, you will visit the ancient Shiva Temple and the Budni Waterfall, which then flows into the river Narmada as a tributary. You will then descend down from here and take the return bus for Bhopal, bringing the experience to an end.
