For anyone who is visiting India for the first time or even for all those who willingly want to know the finest pieces of history, a visit to Agra is given. Popularly known as The City of Wonders and the Taj Mahal is the center of all that wonder, Agra has a rich heritage to show. This tour is designed to make sure you get a comprehensive tour of the main attractions that make Agra what it is. 

About the tour:

-The expert driver will pick-up you from your desired location in the early morning at 8:30 am and from here, you will head towards Agra.
-Your tour will be accompanied by an English speaking guide which will provide the best touring experience of your lifetime. The first site you will be visiting is Baby Taj, the Tomb of I’timād-ud-Daulah which is regarded as the draft of the Taj. It is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agra, described as a jewel box. 
-Continue on your drive to the next stop- Red Fort. This majestic red-sandstone fort lies parallel to the Yamuna River and home of various rulers of different dynasties and emperors. Here, you can easily witness the unique mix of both Hindu and Islamic architecture styles.
-Now, it's time to enjoy a sumptuous lunch (self-sponsored) that offers the perfect break from the scorching afternoon heat in Agra. The driver will take you to a restaurant of your choice for lunch
-After having lunch, drive to the magnificent Taj Mahal, which will be the highlight of the tour. You will be visiting the Taj Mahal at sunset that looks warm rose hue. Words are not enough to justify its beauty, you have to explore yourself its symmetrical magnificence and intricate carvings.
-Now, you will be on a drive to return Delhi and as you reach, the driver will drop at your desired place. Your tour ends here with lots of sweet memories that will remind you of this unique experience.

Time duration: 10 hours

-Entry tickets of the attractions are not included in the package.
-Meals are not included in the package. 
-The tour can not be booked for Friday as the Taj Mahal is closed every Friday.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    08:30 am: You will be picked up from New Delhi and driven to Agra, where you can enjoy the interesting scenery along the way.

    11:30 am: Arrive in Agra and proceed for sightseeing. First, visit Itmad ud Daulah's tomb (also called Baby Taj).

    12:30 pm: Visit Agra Fort.

    02:00 pm: The driver will take you to a restaurant of your choice for lunch

    03:30 pm: Visit the Taj Mahal at sunset.

    05:30 pm: Visit a marble inlay workshop demonstrating the same fine workmanship that went in building the Taj Mahal and its delicate motifs, plus a carpet-making workshop.

    06:30 pm: Later evening drive back to Delhi. On arrival drop to Delhi airport or railway station for onwards journey.
