Overview

It's time to ring in some positivity by chiming the Prosperity Bell!

The Sentosa Merlion Tour, brings you a visit to the 37 meter tall, gigantic Merlion at Sentosa Island which distinguishes itself as the only Merlion in Singapore and provides a 360 degree view of this exotic city from 60 meters above sea level. The legendary Merlion is a half lion half fish guardian of prosperity which personifies Singapore’s history as a port city. The lion depicts the folklore of Prince Sang Nila Utama’s rediscovery of Lion (singa) and City (pura) while the fish tail symbolises ancient fishing village of Temasek, meaning “sea” in Javanese.

You will get a chance to explore its 5 new zones to see its archival behind-the-scenes construction photographs. If you are a curious soul, you will enjoy the interactive learning using virtual reality technology and a 3D animated show. By the time you leave, don't forget chiming the Prosperity Bell and receiving a limited edition Prosperity Coin.
