Where will the pickup and drop off be?

The pickup will be from your hotel and transferring to Chalong Pier. The pickup timing is around 8.00 am, and the tourists need to get ready at least 10 minutes before the pickup time.
Similarly, once the tour is over, you will be departing from Raya Island and arriving at Chalong Bay. From there, you will be dropped at your hotel without much hassle.
Here, the pickup and drop off will be available for the hotels located in Phuket. The tourists can check whether or not their hotel is coming under the given pickup points. If not, they should find an alternative mode of transport.

They can book the tour once again and enjoy all the attractions without any further delay. Tourists are advised to use the transfer service or cab and visit the place at the right time and do not miss any single spot.

Can someone else travel on my behalf?

No. You cannot give your ticket to someone else under any circumstances. As per the ticket guidelines, visitors cannot replace them with another person, be it a family member, friend, or colleague.
After successful booking, the customer will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. Since his name is registered everywhere, he cannot ask someone else to travel on his behalf.
If anyone found travelling for someone else, he or she will be removed from the tour and have to face the consequences.

Is it possible to extend the tour for shopping and other activities?

Usually, tourists find enough time to do shopping, photography, and other activities in every place. Since the staffs have calculated the actual time taken by every traveller in a place, based on the input, the entire journey has been planned by the tour operator accordingly.
If the tourists have opted for a transfer service, they cannot extend the tour beyond the given time. After the tour gets over, they need to follow the departure point for drop off. However, other tourists can extend their stay at the final spot as much as they can.

If I miss the departure can I still continue on the tour?

Yes, of course. If anybody has missed the departure point, they can still continue the tour. But, they need to report to the speedboat location before it gets started.
The management is relatively friendly with their customers, so they allow them to continue to tour even if they've missed the pickup point.
The tourists need to inform the staffs at the right time so that they can hold the speedboat for a few minutes longer.

As per the cancellation policy, one can cancel the Raya Island tour by letting know the tour operator well in advance and ask them to cancel the respective tickets.
•         If you cancel at least 3 days prior to the starting date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund amount. If you cancel less than 3 days to the tour date, you are not eligible for any refundable amount.
Please note that the applicable refund amount will be transferred within 10 business days.

It's very easy to get to the Raya Islands from Phuket. You will be picked up from your hotel by 8 A.M and transfer to Chalong pier. By 9 A.M. Speedboat transfers will be arranged from Chalong Pier to Raya Island, a one-way trip takes around 30 minutes to over 45 minutes to reach there.
