The Pindari Glacier is located between two famous peaks. The first one Nanda Kot and the other one, Nanda Deviq has lots of religious importance. The uneven elegance of the place offers stunning sights, specifically if you are trekker who has a special attachment to nature.
The Pindari Glacier has a pure white color, while it is not odd to come across light brown and blue shades in some areas. In terms of dimensions, the glacier has a length of over 3.2 km and width of 1.5 km. it has huge mountains in the backdrop that seem to be hanging over you and always giving the sensation of falling over. When it comes to the Pindari trek, it would mostly remain close to the Nanda Devis edge. Your journey would begin at Nainital and take you to Lahorkhet. Once here, you would be spending the night in camps. You would also enjoy the journey through Dhakuri. As you move ahead, you come across the mountain forests and villages. The camps would be set up in different locations during the journey, giving you an unparalleled adventurous experience. The trek would take you to some impressive landscapes, with the conventional remote villages being the leading attractions for everyone.

The first day of the trek, you would be arriving at Kathgodam before leaving for Nainital. The night would be spent in the beautiful city of Nainital.Day 02
After taking breakfast, a bus would take you to Soung, which is around 140 km away. Here, you would trek to Loharkhet, which is around 3 km away.You would spend the night in a camp or a Rest House.Day 03
After taking your early morning breakfast, you would be leaving for Dhakuri. The trek is 11-km long and in the beginning descends deep into the valley. Then, it would gradually climb for Dhakuri. The night would be spent in a Camp or a Rest House.Day 04
The 4th day of the trek would move from Dhakuri to the Khati village, a distance of 8 km. it would pass through mountainous villages and lush forests. You would again spend the night in a rest house or a camp.Day 05
The trek between Khati and Dwali is of around 11 km. Khati is the largest village you would come to, and it is beautifully set on the banks of the Pinder River. The night would again be spent out in a camp or a rest house.Day 06
The day 6 would involve taking a trek through the beautiful locations around Dwali and coming to Phurkia that is 6 km away. The night would be spent out in a tent camp or a rest house.Day 07
This day you would be taking the trek from Phurkia towards Pindari Glacier. The journey is around 17 km long and then, you would spend the night in a tent camp or a rest house before making it back next day to Dwali.Day 08
On day 11, you would be departing in the evening.
