Know Before You Go
- All travelers must have government-issued ID for check-ins and permits.

- Kasol is a slow, mountain town — network connectivity may fluctuate throughout the trip.
- Nights can get extremely cold in late December; carry thermals, warm jackets, gloves, and waterproof shoes for comfort.
- The party venue may involve walking on uneven terrain, so comfortable footwear is strongly recommended.
- The Chalal trek is an easy walk but involves forest paths; travellers with mobility issues should assess their suitability.
- Weather conditions in the mountains can change rapidly; activities might be rescheduled for safety without prior notice.
- Respect local customs when visiting Manikaran Sahib — modest clothing is recommended, and heads must be covered inside the Gurudwara.
- Music festivals may run late into the night; ensure you manage rest and hydration throughout the trip.
- Photography is allowed at most spots, but always seek permission before taking pictures of locals or inside the Gurudwara.
- Only limited ATMs are available in Kasol; carrying sufficient cash is advised for cafés, shopping, or small local expenses.
- Hostel check-in and check-out timings are fixed; early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed.
- Travellers must follow instructions from guides, trek leaders, and festival staff at all times to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
- Pickups are from Kasol Bus Stand at 9 AM and 12 PM on Day 1. Moreover, departure will be at 11AM on last day.
- Carry event passes along with a valid government ID. Entry will not be permitted without both.
- Basic first aid will be available at the venue. Guests with medical conditions must carry their prescribed medication.
- The event will include loud music, flashing lights, and large crowds. Guests sensitive to such environments should take necessary precautions.
- Possession or consumption of narcotics or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Anyone found involved will be denied entry and reported to authorities.
- Locker facilities may be available, but guests are solely responsible for their belongings. The venue or operators will not be liable for loss/damage.
- Destinations experience low temperatures at night in December. Please carry adequate warm clothes and protect yourself from cold winds.
- Mobile network can be weak or unstable in certain areas. Keep necessary information (hotel name, location, contacts) saved offline.
- Alcohol consumption (if available) must follow government rules. The venue has the right to restrict service to intoxicated guests or those causing disturbance.
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour. Harassment, disorderly conduct, or inconvenience to others may result in removal without refund.
- Tampering with venue property, event equipment, lights, or sound systems is prohibited. Damages will be chargeable.
- Be cautious near bonfire areas and dance floors to avoid injuries.
- Do not wander alone outside venues during late-night hours for safety.
- Pickup and drop services are not included for the event, and guests are requested to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.
