This thoroughly enjoyable activity involves India's favourite sport of cricket, only it’s bigger and better. The twist is that the bat is about 10 feet wide, weighs around 50 kilos and the ball too matches up to the size.
How it is done:
The Trebound facilitator will make two teams of around 8-20 members each. The team which bats, have the tough challenge of manoeuvring the huge bat and trying to garner the most amount of runs in the specified overs. The bowling team do not have it easier either, as they twist and throw the mega ball, catch it and also make sure it does not run out of the boundary. The activity is not only a whole lot of fun, but it also nurtures the spirit of team bonding.

This activity is aimed at all employees who have to work as a team and contribute equally in order to come out triumphant. Participants realise how critical strategy making and improved interdependencies are in executing any given project.
Trust forms the basic component in any organisation for delegating and conducting the task given at hand. Mistrust on the other hand breeds confusion and negativity. As the teams work towards the common goal of winning, they learn to trust each other to perform their selective roles. Achieving the desired goals thus becomes a strong possibility.
In order to emerge victoriously, each member needs to work in perfect coordination with the others. Any mistake on one person's part can lead to failure of the task. This highly charged environment will enable employees to relate it to office situations and examine the role coordination plays in executing any given task.
Strategy making is vital in the workplace to carry out the vision of the company. The activity is primarily executed with the aid of a powerful strategy, be it the placement of members, using them for their strengths or coming out with ways to conduct the complicated task effectively.
The members lean on each other for the activity to be a success. Even if one does not execute his/her task effectively, the entire team suffers. This activity enables improved interdependency's, throwing light upon the importance of each member’s role, no matter how big or small.
This is an activity that purely works on team synchronisation. With a key focus on the task at hand, each member needs to match his competences to those of others and work cohesively in order to win. The employees learn to understand how powerful proper synchronisation can be and learn to apply the same at their workplace as well.
