Commence on this indoor cycling activity which is accompanied by an instructor who will make you groove as you exercise. While you put yourself through paces, the exercise course of 50 minutes will guide you through various routines that will strengthen the different parts of body.

Not only the lower body, but the upper body also gets a healthy workout as the session uses weights to strengthen arms and biceps; making this a full-fledged health routine!

The structure of the workout includes: 40 min pure cycling with routines, 5 min mini arm routine, and the last 5 min stretches.

MORNING SESSIONS

BATCH 1: 8:00 A.M. TO 8:50 A.M.

BATCH 2: 9:00 A.M. TO 9:50 A.M.

EVENING SESSIONS

BATCH 4: 7:30 P.M. TO 8:20 P.M.
