About the Event: 

- Holi is the festival of colors in Hindu Mythology and has a special place in the heart of millions of people who love to play with colors. With the belief of forgetting and forgiving all misdeeds amongst loved ones, Holi is one of the most celebrated festivals in the country.
- And what better place to celebrate this festival than the Pink City of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Get a walking tour of some of the most prominent places in the city as you go around spreading happiness on the Auspicious day of Holi.
- Choose either from a 2 day or 1-day event and explore the new colors that the city acquires at the time of this amazing festival. The highlights for both the options will be getting to celebrate Holi with the locals, and getting introduced to the Elephants of Jaipur.
- Where playing Holi will involve the use of harmless natural colors, playing various games, and loads of dancing, meeting the elephants will mean feeding, playing, and riding them.

Timings: 11 AM to 7 PM on Both Days.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - 20th March, 2019

    After getting picked up from your hotel, visit the various Krishna Temples in the City, understand the significance of Holi Festivals via various activities organized at these temples.

    Visit the Galtaji (Monkey Temple), enjoy the local markets full of colors and local people shopping for Holi festivals. Also, enjoy looking at the rangolis at local houses.

    Visit the Govind Devji Temple, where the celebration of Holi is worth experiencing, watch different ceremonies, decorated temples, Rasleela function by the temple, Holi played with flowers and the evening prayers.

    Experience the Holika Dahan (Bonfire) ceremonies at various parts of the city.

    Complete your day by having authentic holi special food in heart of the pink city.

  • Day 2 - 21st March, 2019

    For People Opting for a 1-day Event, this will be your itinerary

    You will be picked up from the hotel and taken to visit the various temples decorated with flowers, colors, and enjoy the various ongoing celebrations.

    Visit the local markets full of colors and locals playing Holi with colors

    Play Holi will locals with natural colors, water, enjoy the various games, dance on the local hit songs.

    Move to the next destination to play Holi with Elephants (Introduction with elephants, Feeding elephants, Painting elephants, Elephant Ride, play with colors, and water fight, enjoy refreshments, dance and music) - 2 PM to 6 PM

    Enjoy the walk on the Amber Fort in the evening, overwhelmed with its mesmerizing view in night lights and afterward get dropped to the hotel.
