Bicycle Tour In Sukhothai

Sukhothai is a UNESCO world heritage city famous for its marvellous ruins of ancient times. Away from beaches and nightlife, this city reflects a different kind of Thailand.

The tour involves exploring the various places in the city on a bike. It gives an exclusive sight of Thai countryside with lush greenery and local villages and mountain views.

You can opt between 3 kinds of tours. Half-day tour, full-day tour and the historical park tour.

The half-day tour will start at 8:00 AM in the Ban Greay village. You will explore the area around on your bikes and then meet the local tribes for a warm and welcoming Thai lunch as the tour ends at 12:00 noon.

The historical park tour is more of a cultural experience. It will start at 8:00 AM in Ban Kheay followed by a visit to the enormous rice paddies with spectacular views of Kao Laung mountain range. Travel through the city of Sukhothai exploring the places and arrive at the Sukhothai national park. You will get to know incredible facts and stories about the place and its influence on the culture and beliefs of the Thai. You’ll have your lunch at 12:30 and end your journey with another round of cycling around the city and meeting the locals and get to know how they live. The tour will end with it at 3:00 PM.

The full-day countryside tour starts at 8:00 AM in the old village of Ban Gluai. It is a more agricultural experience as you will pedal through the never ending green fields ahead of the scenic mountains views. Lunch will be served at a local market at 12:00 noon. There are many local attractions and delicacies you can enjoy. Visit the mushroom farms, rice mills and whisky distillery and have the traditional village smoked fish. The tour will end at 3:00 PM as you take back amazing experiences.

An English speaking guide will lead you all the way and state amazing facts and stories about the places you visit.
