The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

We have booked the resort to celebrate new year as this was the closest place from Pune to go on a trip. Lonavala is beautiful in itself but this resort has shown us the real beauty of the place. It was easy to reach there. We have done all the activities included in Thrillophilia package. The package was available to us at a great price as compared to other website.

Fariyas Resort Lonavala Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.
